These Easy Keto Pizza Bites are so yummy! Your whole family will enjoy these delicious pizza bites that are loaded with Italian sausage, pepperonis and mozzarella! They satisfy your cravings for pizza and for under 1 net carb per bite!

Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage, cooked and drained
- 12 slices of Pepperonis or Turkeyronis, chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- Marinara sauce or pizza sauce for dipping, optional but recommended.
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine cooked sausage and cream cheese
until completely combined.
3. Add in pepperonis, coconut flour, baking
powder, Italian seasoning and minced garlic.
4. Beat eggs and then add to mixture. Stir
until well combined.
5. Cover and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to allow the flour
time to absorb the moisture.
6. Note: The “chilling”
step is a must! If you skip chilling the dough, they will flatten as they cook
and not be nice and fluffy.
7. In a small saucepan, heat marinara sauce or
pizza sauce on low.
8. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
or a silicone baking mat. Generously grease with olive oil.
9. Drop onto baking sheet using a 1 ½ Tablespoon
cookie scoop.
10. Bake 20
minutes until golden brown. Broil for a couple of minutes at the end if needed to give it a nice golden top.
11. This makes
about 30 pizza bites, but that will depend on the size scoop you use. Enjoy!
Note: You can substitute almond flour for the coconut flour but they will not be as soft and fluffy. Almond flour is also a little drier.
