  1. Freeze boneless skinless chicken breasts in a bag with your favorite marinade. When it defrosts, it will be marinated and ready to be grilled.
  2. Save all your chopped veggie remnants in a freezer bag to throw into soups at a later date.
  3. Freeze leftover pasta or rice in individual serving sizes in Ziploc bags. It's good for when you want something fast and don't have time to cook.
  4. When making casseroles, it's just as easy to make two. Eat one now and freeze the other one for later.
  5. Add more veggies than a recipe calls for to make it healthier and to make more food.
  6. A grilling skillet is great for grilling foods without having to fire up a grill. I love to spray it with Pam Spray and grill pineapple rings.
