- Freeze boneless skinless chicken breasts in a bag with your favorite marinade. When it defrosts, it will be marinated and ready to be grilled.
- Save all your chopped veggie remnants in a freezer bag to throw into soups at a later date.
- Freeze leftover pasta or rice in individual serving sizes in Ziploc bags. It's good for when you want something fast and don't have time to cook.
- When making casseroles, it's just as easy to make two. Eat one now and freeze the other one for later.
- Add more veggies than a recipe calls for to make it healthier and to make more food.
- A grilling skillet is great for grilling foods without having to fire up a grill. I love to spray it with Pam Spray and grill pineapple rings.
